BENCOR NATIONAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT PLAN
(BENCOR Special Pay Plan) is offered by BENCOR, Inc.
to help governmental entities and their employees
take maximum advantage of the Federal tax laws.
This page contains explanations of how the BENCOR
Special Pay Plan works and the advantages it offers
the employees of The School District of Lee County.
The BENCOR Special Pay Plan was adopted by the Lee
County School Board effective November 15, 2001, and
approved by TALC effective February 20, 2002. This
Special Pay Plan is applicable to Instructional,
Administrative, and Supervisory/Confidential and
Technical Employees.
